Anyway, so I was debating whether or not I should keep it. So I decided to test it out. Instead of using the eyelets it came with, I used some eyelets I got on clearance from Joann's to test it out. I figured if I didn't like it, returning it would be easier, having left the eyelets they provided unused. Well, after setting two or three of them, I was ready to return it. The back of the eyelets looked terrible...dangerously so!
Well, my curiosity got to me; I ended up trying one of their eyelets. Oh my gosh. There was such a difference! Very clean. Very nice. Very happy. In conclusion, I'm keeping my crop-a-dile (even though I rather have a green one. teehee) and I've come to realize that Joann's eyelets suck. No wonder they were on clearance. :(
From my latest sketch:
I finished one problem. Two more to go! :)

What does the crop-o-dile do? I'm still kinda lost... back at school this week? I hope you had a good break.
I have been wanting and needing to get a cropodile for a while now. Glad to hear that they do work good :)
oh mushroom meadows... hang in there really cheered me up today! It was one of those rat race days and this was what I needed to see!
good luck with school!
Like dj bebe, I've also set eyelets with a hammer. Even though I've only needed to do that once, I would just like to have a crop-o-dile if the occasion for setting an eyelet ever comes up again.
Have fun with your Crop-o-dile!! :) Sounds like fun!! I too buy sewing things, even though I don't sew. What the heck?! ;)
And I LOVE this sketch. It is one of my favorites so far! It looks old and vintagy AND modern! With a flair of your style! Great work!

Congrats on fishing exams - I'm sure you will do very well!
I am a lurker but couldn't resist the opportunity to comment on the Crop-a-dile. I bought it almost a year ago and used it a few times and hated it... THEN in my lurking in another blog I discovered a link to a video on You Tube...
