Can I have a drum roll please?

A Parmesan Chicken DRUMstick Roll that is...

From allrecipes.com

INGREDIENTS
12 chicken drumsticks
2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS
In a shallow bowl, mix together salt, pepper, and cheese. In a separate bowl, beat egg until lemon colored. Dip chicken in egg, coating well. Roll in cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) for 45 minutes, or until brown.

Reviewers said to dispose of the chicken skin. I figured it was because it's fattening. So I thought to myself "fattening sounds good," and left it on this time around. Compared to the first time I made it, I would say, get rid of the skin. It's a bit soggy, or at least that's how it turned out for me. Nonetheless, tasty and so SIMPLE! Eat it with a Caesar Salad....Oh, and as for reheating leftovers: microwave for a minute or so, and then place in toster oven. Good as new.

Looks good. I will give it a try too. Still have so much Parmesan cheese left in my fridge(been keepin' it in the fridge for more than 6mths now...wonder if it has gone bad...)

Looks like they're really easy to make! I don't eat dark meat, so when I make chix parm I use breast meat.

I ♥ chicken Parmesan when it's all crispy and crusty on the outside. :D
