blackberry love?

It was time to upgrade phones. So my husband and I jumped on the blackberry deal through Verizon. To be quite honest, I am totally intimidated by the little blackberry. Trying to navigate through all its functions has kind of given me a headache. I heard the first time is always hard but then you get used to it...then you become dependent on it...then it controls you. I hope I don't become one of those crackberry addicts.

Spring Break!

Spring break has officially started! :) If I could hug it, I would hold it so tightly that it could never escape my grip!! But of course, I can't; so, savoring every second of it will just have to do.

Today, I've enjoyed playing with watercolors. *sigh* It's just so relaxing.



Hopefully, I will be able to blog more frequently this week. :)

Green Orange

The things on my to-do list are slowly (seriously like slow-moving-molasses-kind-of-slow) being checked off, and somehow I have managed to survive. Barely.

Here is a picture of a green orange (ironically). Anyway, he's just not ripe yet, but he's hanging in there and waiting patiently to become who he was meant to become. Just like me. And you. :)

things to do...make me feel like poo.

I have so much to do and most of it requires me to take the initiative, which is a really hard thing for me to do; so I end up not doing anything and feeling crummy because my list gets longer and less realistic.

Anyway, here are some watercolor pieces I did on my "Things to do" list. Obviously, the list was a little depressing.

doodley-doo

For my class last night, I forgot my laptop, so I had some time to do some good o' fashion doodling. I cut them out of my notes (I'm not sure that was the greatest idea because my notes are now a little choppy) so you could see all my little mental meanderings.

I always like to show my doodles to my husband and ask him to choose his favorite ones. He liked the 'coon hat guys. He was like "is that one still alive?" and I was like "yeah..." and then he pointed to the other 'coon hat and was like "that one's nothing doing too well". haha



It's Wednesday and raining. Oh, how I wish I could just crawl up into a little ball and take a nap, but work I must...

Blue's New Dress.

I made Blue a more girlie dress (because I think she could easily be mistaken for a boy) :). Here it is:



Oh, and I wanted to show you all my little plants. They started to sprout the other day. I planted thyme (cause you can never get enough of that. ha ha), basil, and tomato seeds. I really think they're adorable and so does my husband, so I think they get spoiled. I water them without him knowing it and then he waters them, too. :)
